WE LOVE SEA RANCH, IT IS TRULY AMAZING!!!
This is our favorite place away from our own home! We love the Lush and spacious outdoor living areas, what a way to spend time with loved ones - tucked away in this private oasis. All of the rooms in the house are so inviting and cozy, but everything here is understated luxury. The bed linens are so soft I'm taking notes and looking for something similar for our own beds. All of the decor is so beautiful and balanced and welcoming. Every detail has been considered in this beautiful home, and we are so grateful to the owners to have opened it up for others to enjoy
And let's not forget Blake! He was so kind and accommodating. Any small questions we had were quickly answered and any small maintenance items were taken care of within just a few minutes!

PERFECT PROPERTY FOR A FAMILY GETAWAY!!!
We just spent the most wonderful long weekend at Sea Ranch. The property is massive and beautiful. Awesome deep pool with huge super shallow section for my 3-year-old and 5-year-old to play in. Great hot tub! So many great outdoor and indoor areas to gather, drink and chat around a fire. Our family of four went with my parents, mother-in-law as well as my sister, her husband and baby and we all felt like we had more than enough room. There is also a staff of people who are so kind and helpful with anything you might need - Blake gave us a tour and showed us how to work everything and even came by just to turn on the tiki torches when it was getting dark. Would definitely come back!

THE PROPERTY WAS JUST PERFECT!!!
Everything about it from the endless amenities to the house itself was fantastic and perfectly maintained. Highlights were the pool and hot tub (my husband loves swimming laps and says it was the best pool EVER) bocce court and fabulous coffee maker for morning coffee around the awesome outdoor fireplace. Blake the caretaker was incredibly attentive .

PARADISE ON EARTH!!!
This place is fantastic! perfect! Thank you so much for allowing our family to celebrate our 60th birthdays! Your property is incredible and it has been a blast to hang by the pool, sample local cuisine, and walk around the beautiful gardens. The weather this week was perfect for soaking up the sun and watching late night TV from the hot tub. Although none of us had played before, we also love playing bocce ball. Megan and Jackie loved the flourishing plants best of all and the variety of the vegetables and fruits were fun to see. We are already looking forward to the next time we return!!!

MULTI-GENERATIONAL FAMILY REUNION
We had the most AMAZING time at this home. It was perfect for our multi generational family reunion to celebrate my Dad’s 81st birthday. Barlow was so friendly and always responded so promptly. The property itself is amazing and luxurious and was perfect for our gathering. We had family ranging in age from 11-81 and it was perfect for everyone. The property is a short walk to the beach, an even shorter walk to downtown Montecito, and it had all of the amenities and space a family reunion needs. We will definitely be back!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Sea Ranch! The kids loved the pool, trampoline, and outdoor games, Aunt and uncle loved the guest house, and mom loved the house to the right (Pool Cottage) for a getaway and quiet place to work. It was also fun that the house was close to everything! We could walk to a bakery and go to the beach all before our Zoom calls started! The house is big and allows for space, and you can go on vacation with friends and family and have enough room to still enjoy each other. And the beach is amazing! I've been places where you can walk to the beach but not where you have your own little private pathway and a semi private beach! Our stay was the best I could ever imagine!!

What a magical place to celebrate the 50th birthdays of long time friends. We lived outdoors and in the pool, surrounded by the beautiful gardens. We sat by the fire and walked down to the beach. We walked on the beach and in the vegetable gardens. Then we slept soundly in the comfortable incredible beds. Your home is so beautiful and so carefully appointed. It had absolutely everything we needed, and more! The house is so charming and the backyard stunning! An amazing property within walking distance of the beach, Biltmore and Coast Village Rd. A wonderful vacation for all ages with orchards, pool and hot tub, outdoor cooking kitchen, inground trampoline, bikes, ping pong, games, books and more. You never have to leave the property. Easily sleeps 12. Many spaces to congregate: 4 fire pits, large table under heat lamps, living room, TV room and a well equipped kitchen for all to help with a Thanksgiving meal.

You won't be disappointed if you choose this property! It is AMAZING.We used it for a multigenerational family gathering and the property was perfect. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and great water pressure for showers. The kitchen was fully stocked. The grocery store is 1 mile away. Plenty of amenities outdoors as well. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the beach is a short hike away. You will never want to leave. It was so relaxing. We would all love to go back!

FABULOUS FAMILY VACATION COMPOUND!!!
This is the most beautiful setting in Montecito! The home and cottages were perfect for our family consisting of three generations! The grounds were lush and peaceful. A beautiful pool and plenty of pool floats to keep kids busy and happy. Easy walk to the town of Montecito and just a few miles from Santa Barbara attractions. There were bikes left for us on the property, beautiful outdoor cooking area, plenty of gathering areas, great kitchen with plenty of supplies. We are already planning to return next year!! Oh, and as an extra treat there is a vegetable garden which we were allowed to use. We also felt the home was super clean. They left enough bedding to also create a few extra beds from pull out sofas - (we did not need, but nice to know). Our grandkids cried as they were driven to the airport - they wanted to stay!!! We really cannot imagine a better home for a family vacation.

MONTECITO MAGIC
Having previously stayed at the Four Seasons nearby, we hoped this property would offer the same experience for our entire family. Our expectations were exceeded! Every amenity has been provided for and the entertainment options are endless. We took cues for our own vacation home. From the expansive pool and pool house with FP and TV, to the boules court, fire pit, in ground trampoline, tree swing, ping pong, outdoor kitchen, seating under the arbor, picking fruit from the incredible garden....we really could not have found a more perfect background for family fun. And we didn't even have time for the bikes! It is beautifully designed, but not too precious to have fun. The walk to the beach is short and there are so many shopping and dining options in close proximity. Today, having lunch with our grandchildren, the talk turned to trampolines. The three year old wondered if we were talking about Mr. Barlow's trampoline. Barlow is the very affable property manager, who will make sure your stay is everything you expect. We were delighted that this home became available, as our children and grandchildren think we are awesome to have reserved it!

SEA RANCH IS PARADISE
I have to say, having stayed at beautiful properties in Santa Barbara, none compare to Sea Ranch. The property makes you feel like you're on a retreat. The decor is impeccable and the property is amazing, from fire-pits to a built-in trampoline and a gorgeous pool it is paradise. Plus you can conveniently walk to Montecito village or to butterfly beach (which may be the most beautiful beach in Santa Barbara). I can't wait to go back next year!

THE BEST
Recently stayed at this luxurious property for a family reunion of 12 : 9 adults and 3 kids (ages 9-14) for 3 nights. We had the best vacation ever. The only time we left was to go to get groceries. The property is even larger than you can imagine from the photos. The kids loved to run outside and play in the pool, swing, play ping pong, bocce, ride bikes, trampoline, pick berries, and hang out in the media room (there's even xbox tho we didn't use it) and tower. The accommodations were spotlessly clean and the grounds were beautiful. It was a very relaxing trip for everyone. There were many comfortable places to hang out and a sound system throughout. There was plenty of room to spread out, but also room to eat together at the same kitchen table inside, as well as outside. The kitchen was large and easy to cook for the whole group. There was every kitchen item available, including excellent Calphalon pans, sharp knives, and a Wolf 6 burner range for my cooking husband, and a built in coffee/espresso machine for the caffeine addicts. We were met by the very friendly and helpful caretaker, who gave a complete tour of the property and instructions for all the gadgets (pool heating, sound, gas fireplaces, etc.) including the private walk to the beach. The entire property and experience reflects an attention to detail that I have not encountered in previous rentals, and the historic renovation is just spectacular. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful setting with a large family group.
